Treasures of Blogdom

One of the blogs I like to visit is Songbird. She's a "Mainiac" (what are folks from Maine called???). She is a knitter and fellow Christian and always has good postings to "chew on". Today she posted a blog that she found of two people living in the ravaged torn area of Mississippi who are documenting post Katrina activities. Written by a Methodist minister and Presbyterian attorney, these two give the random acts of kindness, the hope and tragedy, and the questions we all ask when something of this magnitude hits. Visit it to read a personal account of what is happening at Katrina Response. Great photographs and stories.

Cathy, thanks for the link! Have you been reading the Cloths for Katrina list today? It sounds like there is some organizational difficulty. I wish I were closer to the action and could help in some larger way. I'm halfway through facecloth #3; they're sort of addictive, aren't they?
