Every year, the day before, we swear we will never do another one, but how can we not when so many ministries are impacted in a positive manner.
Cathy knits and more - she is almost cradle lay Episcopalian who is also a member of the religious order Daughters of the King. She is a wife, mother, teacher, and friend. She sings, knits, reads, and prays. Not necessarily in that order and can do many at the same time.

The big guy markets well, huh?
Hi Cathy
Just a note to say thanks for stopping by for a visit and taking time to say hello.
Santa looks quite at home on the lawn in front of the church even if there isn't a flake of snow to be seen anywhere. I guess you just have to think snowy thoughts to make the guy feel welcome in warm sunny spots too.
Enjoyed reading some of your posts and will be back to visit again.
Cathy,
I found out recently that an inflatable Frosty made a one day visit for Home Congregation's annual craft fair. This is good marketing that brings people in and is a great idea.
What I don't get is why anyone would keep him there for more than a day...
:-)
Cathy, your church looks so much like mine! Same color, same size.
